What's a Hugg?
A "Hugg" is basically when someone favorites a home to their account. When you see that a home has 15 Huggs, that means there are 15 people who have favorited(hugged) that home.
Why should I use HomeHugg?
Looking for a home today on the Internet can be a difficult task. The HomeHugg community helps each other discover the best home listings on the Internet by sharing their favorites with other members. All you need to do is search for your favorite homes, visit the Hugg a Home link to add it to HomeHugg and save them to your profile.
What if there isn't a hugg me button on my favorite listings?
What!? There isn't a link to HomeHugg? The first thing to do is email
their webmaster and tell them they need to add a link to HomeHugg
from their listings. The second thing to do is simply go to the Hugg
a Home link and enter the url and the rest of the home details
on that page. Once you submit it, it will automatically be added to
your profile and other community members will be now be able to find
that home listing as well.
***Be careful, the home listing may already be on HomeHugg and we
don't want any duplicates. You also need to make sure the url you're
submitting will actually go to the home listing you want. Other community
members don't want to be forced to login to see the listing. We're
just trying to keep everything clean here at HomeHugg.
How much does HomeHugg cost?
HomeHugg is 100% free to everyone who uses it for as long as they choose to use it.
What if I want to sell my home on HomeHugg?
Well we don't really have a place to sell homes on HomeHugg. However, you can list your home for sale on other sites and then simply Hugg your home so it's added to the site and so our home buyers will find it and begin hugging your home too.
How can I search for a home?
Searching for a home is easy. All you need to do is type in your home search criteria in the search area above and press search. You can use as few or as many fields as you like.
